Founded in 2019 by farmers Jeroen and Mellany Klompe, Soil Heroes was established to empower farmers amongst the many crises we face. Our spiritual home is The Klompe Farm, an arable farm located in the Hoeksche Waard, near Rotterdam, Netherlands. Today, we have an international super star team of Soil Heroes working across Europe.

The Foundation focuses on increasing the quality of life on earth for the long term. It does this by advocating the transition to regenerative agriculture and researching agricultural innovation. This enables farmers to gain directly from their transition and so secure long-term impact
